Mrs C was leaving her local B&Q store with her purchases when the trolley rolled away with her down the sloping exit ramp. She fell and sustained a broken hip. The result was that this lady, who is in her seventies, now needs help with many household tasks including her shopping and gardening. The B&Q shop vigorously denied any liability, however our solicitor managed to recover £36,000 in compensation for her.
