A trip into pothole outside a take-away pizza shop had painful consequences for Mr L who sustained an ankle injury as a result. Both the landlord and the tenant of the shop denied liability but Mr L did receive £2300 in compensation after we handled his claim and issued Court proceedings on his behalf.
