Road traffic accident

Mr A was a driving instructor who was giving a lesson when a van travelling at some speed hit his car which was stationary at a roundabout at the time. Mr A suffered spinal and shoulder injuries and was unable to work as a driving instructor for some time. He also had a part time job that involved a great deal of bending to which he was unable to return. To reflect those losses of earnings a substantial compensation sum of £80,000 was agreed for our client.
