Miss C worked in London and rode a motorcycle into work each day. On the day of her accident she was travelling home from work on her usual route when the rear passenger door of a parked car was suddenly opened knocking her off her bike into traffic.

She sustained multiple injuries and had to have several operations and when she was able to return to work she was forced to change her job to somewhere closer to home. Her solicitor at Davies & Company successfully negotiated a settlement figure of £127,500.
